The rental payment must be received at least two weeks prior to the function to hold
pavilion.

The deposit and clean-up will be returned if the inside or pavilion is satisfactorily
cleaned and there is no damage. It will be the responsibility of the party renting the pavilion
or inside to dispose of the trash. Please use thumbtacks and scotch tape when hanging
decorations. Staple guns are not permissible. All thumbtacks and scotch tape shall be
removed during clean-up. Do not stand on the tables to decorate.

Renters are responsible for the conduct of persons in attendance and, as required by
law, will not serve alcohol to persons under 21 years of age. The Post shall not be held liable
for activities that may arise from the rental. The Legion will not be responsible for any
damage to the property or injury to members of said party renting the pavilion.

Any and all music must cease at 11:00 pm with the pavilion or inside to be closed by
12:00 am.

I understand and agree to abide with the above as a condition for renting from the Post.
